As you are no doubt aware, the COVID-19 virus is having a significant impact across the globe. JusticeTrax continues to be committed to our employees and our customers during this difficult and uncertain time in all our lives. We are actively monitoring and following all guidance from the CDC and have asked our employees to work from home, to cancel travel unless absolutely necessary and to practice social distancing to help slow the spread.
What does this mean for our customers? We don’t expect that you should see any difference in the high level of customer care you’ve been used to. We’ll still be answering phones, emails and web inquiries as we always have. In fact, a majority of our staff have been working from home the last several weeks due to an abundance of precaution.
