How do I fix a "Password entered is not complex" error when trying to change my password?

This error may appear if the Laboratory has enforced the "complex passwords" rule. Complex passwords must have a minimum of 8 characters, including at least one each of the following four character types: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Try re-entering a new password using this complexity rule. If you still have problems, please contact your LIMS-plus Administrator.
