If you are identified as the administrator for your agency, when you login to the iResults application, you will not be presented with the Search screen by default. You will be presented with the Agency Administrator screen.
Set or Modify Admin Log In
From the main screen, click the Admin Info button. This will open a new window in which the Agency Administrator can administer their own username, password and password hint/answer.
Creating Usernames and Passwords for your Agency Reps
Start by clicking the Details button beside the user for whom you are setting up login information.
Enter or edit the information for a user.
To de-activate a user, un check the Active check box.
Viewing Requests for Your Agency
You can view all request for your agency by clicking the Agency Requests button on the main screen. This will allow the agency administrator to search the agency’s requests.
To view requests related to a specific user, click the Requests button next to their name.
Once logged into the iResults application, a link to iResults Resources can be found on the top right corner of the page. Click this link to download Adobe Acrobat Reader, Bar code Fonts or to update your Browser.
