Adding a Case Message

New to LIMS-plus v3.7.23, you can now add a case message to any case to which you have access. The message is visible at the bottom of the main case view regardless of which tab is active.

Access the Case Message


From the Case Info tab, right-click and select Case Message.

Enter or Edit the Case Message


Enter the message that you want displayed for this case.

Viewing the Case Message


The message is now displayed at the bottom of the Main Case View. To edit the message, repeat these steps. To remove the message, simply delete the contents from the message entry box.
