Depending on the number of clients used within an agency, the SPID spawned by a SQL server may be larger than the default 5 digits. Changing the value for the SPID field in the auditsessions table from 5 to 7 should correct the situation.
NOTE: In order to make the changes to the Auditsessions table you will need to have either your Database Administrator make the necessary change or have an account that permits you access to the SQL server. Please note that it is best to perform these tasks when a full backup of the database has been made and that all users are logged off and are out of the LimsPlus application.
