New Issue Satisfaction Ratings

We just enabled a new feature in our help desk system that I think many of you will really like. I'm calling it the "satisfactionometer."

You'll now receive an email similar to the one below 24 hours after your issue has been marked as solved. Clicking one of the two links it contains will tell us how we did on that issue.


This information is tabulated immediately and everyone has the stats right infront of them the entire time they're logged into our help desk.

If you click the "Bad" link (and be honest please because that's how we improve our care for you) a notice is sent to me so I can contact you to see how we can make things right on that issue.

So, click away!
