In LIMS-plus v3.8 or later, you can produce an electronic case file (eCaseFile) from the main case view on the Case Info tab. After selecting the contents of the file and clicking the Create button on the Print tab, you may receive an error message related to database connectivity or a missing table.
The electronic case file uses a Crystal Report template to produce a Table of Contents for the packet. It will be called ECaseFileTOC.rpt and should be located with your other report templates. When this report runs, it will produce an error if it is not correctly pointed to your database.
If you receive this error, simply repoint your report. It should use the same ODBC connection that has been created on your server for all other reports.
